Secretary minutes for the January board meeting were approved as read.
Treasurer’s report is attached to the permanent record
OLD BUSINESS:
Jungquists had remitted their dues but the check had floated around in the
postal system for a while before it was returned to them.
They got the check to Lois Fetters who forwarded the payment to the
secretary. Their membership
reinstatement was unanimously approved.
Vicki will send them a letter confirming their reinstatement and
welcoming them back.
Tossey’s have also remitted payment for this year’s dues and remain in the club.

Bill asked about the status of our 12/10 Christmas party and Judy provided an
update. She has confirmed a
reservation for Los Cabos Mexican restaurant on 12/05/2010.
They have a banquet room attached to the bar but children are welcome to
attend.
Our March quarterly meeting will be on March 6th at the Los Cabos
restaurant at 6:00 PM.
David is still working on the Cruise schedule.

Judy will be meeting with Lois Fetters for the annual audit of the books and
will be getting the year book out to the members.
Our webmaster, Lea has asked for new information to keep our website up to date.
Jan will be talking to Barbara Martin to see if they can send pictures
from Christmas Lane to her. Jim has
his submission as the new commodore ready to go.
Jan will be contacting Lois for more details about our non-profit business tax.
NEW BUSINESS:
It is time to renew our RBAW membership.
The cost is not prohibitive and we voted to renew it.
Jim will take care of the renewal.
He will also ask them to update their contact information for the club.
Our safe deposit box is at Keybank .
We appear to be missing one key to it.
Jim & Jan will make arrangements to close out the Keybank deposit box and
transfer the contents to a safe deposit box at Keybank.
This will have our business in one place as well as reduce our costs.
Jan has contacted American Century and is now the point of contact for them.
Jan was sworn in as the treasurer.
