APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Applications for membership is made with the
understanding that, as a member, the applicant
will abide by the rules and regulations of the
SINCLAIR INLET YACHT CLUB, (SIYC), will aid in
the continued welfare of the Club, and will
further SIYC’s prime function which is “The
promotion of safe, proper and enjoyable
boating”, by actively participating in the
affairs of the Club.
The completed application, together with a check
equal to the sum of the initiation fee ($100.00),
and annual dues ($80.00), prorated at $20.00 per
quarter, and made payable to the SINCLAIR INLET
YACHT CLUB, shall be submitted to the membership
committee for approval.

Jan. – March
($100.00 + $80.00)
April – June
($100.00 + $60.00)
July – Sept.
($100.00 + $40.00)
Oct. – Dec.
($100.00 + $20.00)
Any excess between the
actual dues and fees and the submitted amount
will be refunded.
If the application
is rejected, the submitted amount will be
refunded in full.
The Membership Committee, upon receipt of the
application, will submit the applicant’s name(s)
in the next issue of the Club newsletter
(Dinghy), for consideration by the SIYC members.
Any disapproval must be submitted in writing to
the Membership Committee for consideration
ten (10) days of
Committee will notify the applicant of
rejection at the earliest reasonable date.
Committee will conduct the induction
accepted applicants at the next Executive Board
